Put your feet in the stirrups, hold out your wrists so I can shackle them down and open wide for this gag. Now, some of my poking and prodding techniques may be a little painful or humiliating. Not to worry, I've seen it all before. And by the way, now that I've got you all tied up like this, I'll tell you the doctor won't be seeing you today. He is tied up in the next ward, just like you.
